APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Position prepares specifications and programs of a highly technical or complex nature. Candidate requires advanced technical knowledge in all areas of applications programming and systems design. Candidate will research, analyze, and develop network based applications. Duties and Responsibilities :
Research, analyze, and develop network based applications
Conduct code reviews and evaluations
Perform functional and security testing for developed applications
Document code, test cases, and results
Some local travel required. Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Experience working with open source technologies is a big plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

User-mode and kernel-mode software development
Knowledge and experience programming in C/C++, Java
Knowledge and experience developing GUIs
Knowledge of scripting languages, Perl, Python, etc.
Knowledge and experience in web development
Experience with multiple operating systems: Windows, Linux, BSD,*nix
Familiarity with operating system internals, especially network stacks
Experience designing and writing network applications
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
