Skills Minimum Bachelors Degree with preferably a Masters, JD or applicable professional certifications, such as Certified Chartered/Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, etc. Minimum 12 to 15 years business experience, including at least 3 working in or directly with International operating units, with 5 years experience in a directly related area, such as auditing, finance, law, regulatory quality and/or business process improvement. Prior Line management experience (i.e. marketing, operations), is a major plus, as is investigative experience.

Ability to travel extensively on an international basis. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Strong project management skills with an ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional and matrixed environment. Business focused and process orientation, strong analytic capability including the ability to identify root causes of issues and “sell” corrective actions.
