Front-end Java Software Engineer for Digital Video/Media Market Leader-El Segundo/LAX

This is for a large media/digital video company that is a market leader in their field. These are some of the friendliest people to work with that create an environment that draws you to want to go to work in the morning and work on cool projects, such as streaming video apps.

Not an easy company to get into. They give everyone a Java problem solving exercise before the interview. The offices overlook LAX and the Coastline.
This position is in a business unit that is being formed within a successful media company that will develop new ideas and technologies. It is well managed and the current members are a really great group of people to work with. You will enjoy going to work!
You should have significant experience (3 to 6 years) developing web based front-end java applications. Experience with front-end/middle is required. Strong experience working with DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and Ajax (preferred) to develop applications for websites is required. Experience with streaming media formats is highly desirable.

BS in Computer Science or a related field.
