Overview :
The Enterprise Portal Developer will be responsible for production support for and enhancements to all EP applications including, but not limited to ESS, MSS, CRM and BI. They will work closely with the appropriate Business System Analysts to ensure that all business requirements are met.
Individual will apply proven communication, analytical, technical and problem solving skills to help maximize the benefit of SAP in the Medicis environment. Will work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required to translate needs into technical requirements, consider alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Specific requirements are:
* Experience with SAP EP 7.0 (PCD, user administration & system administration).
* Expertise in creating roles, worksets, pages & iviews.
* Experience integrating SAP EP with HR ESS/MSS, CRM, SRM & BI7.0.
* Expertise in using and customizing ESS/MSS & CRM Business Packages.
* Experience in HTML, CSS, Java & J2EE technologies.
* Expertise in using NWDS, NWDI & Adobe Lifecycle Designer.
* Familiarity with best practices for EP, ESS and MSS.
* Expertise in customizing standard java Web DynPro's.
* Experience with Single Sign-on and Transports.

Responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements and/or functional specifications provided by the Business Systems Analyst and design or modify roles, worksets, pages & iviews per specifications.
Expected Outcome: Completion of deliverables, ensuring that they are fully tested and meet the business requirement
Support and maintain existing systems and troubleshoot software problems as necessary.
Expected Outcome: Maintain a fully functioning system which delivers results and value to the business.
Maintain appropriate documentation to reflect application uses and custom or configuration changes within cGMP compliance.
Expected Outcome: Good writing and documentation skills to maintain fully documented specifications reflecting cGMP and Medicis best practices
