Description:

Exciting opportunity to work at a fast paced software company revolutionizing the data protection management market. Reporting to the Development Manager, this position will analyze design requirements and provide creative design solutions as a result. We understand the importance of both design and development and we're looking for someone who has that same understanding.

Must have experience working with Microsoft technologies. Candidates with experience in the data protection market are strongly encouraged to apply. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude.

Responsibilities include:
* Designing and coding C#/ASP.NET applications.
* Developing high quality work on time and within budget.
* Working closely with QA engineers to identify bugs, reproduce problems, analyze root causes and drive fixes to closure.
* Contributing ideas for improving processes and deliverables.
* Participating, as a member of the product team, in projects from requirement gathering through implementation.

Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years experience with object oriented .NET Programming, threading, reflection, delegates, data binding, web services and C#.
* Familiarity with the Agile development process desired.
* User interface experience desired.
* Highly developed, process oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem solving and problem resolution.
* 3-7 years experience with Microsoft technologies including Visual Studio.
* 3-7 years experience with web technologies.
* Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and IIS.
* Knowledge of AJAX is a plus.
