Background
Lockheed Martin, through Task 110, is working with the SSA Office of Telecommunications and Systems Operations (OTSO), which is responsible for the daily operation of SSA's programmatic and business operations. Lockheed Martin has an immediate need for a highly motivated Principal Computer Systems Analyst/Programmer (PCSAP).

Skill requirements

The candidate should possess at least 4 years experience in the following (MUST):

· Experience with tuning and customization of the IBM Tivoli monitoring products
· Experience with regards to IBM Tivoli Composite Application Management (ITCAM) communicating with the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server (TEPS)

1 Experience with installation, configuration, maintenance and utilization of the
· IBM Tivoli Data Warehouse (TDW).
1 IBM Tivoli Enterprise Monitor Agent (TEMA) in a z/OS environment (1.8 and 1.9).
2 IBM Tivoli Enterprise Monitor Server (TEMS) in a z/OS environment (1.8 and 1.9).
3 IBM Tivoli Composite Application Management (ITCAM) in a Windows Environment.
4 IBM Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server (TEPS) in a Windows Environment.

Candidate should be able to provide training and prepare documentation for the team members and communicate with management, team and IBM regarding issues, solutions and recommendations.

**Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to assist in documentation. Candidate should be able to effectively interact with all levels of customer staff, and be able to flourish in a contract setting.

Ability to navigate in a Windows workstation setting, plus good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is expected.

Candidate should be able to adapt to a changing environment and be very detailed oriented.

Desired skills

Experience with the installation, configuration and maintenance of Omegamon management products on the mainframe with regards to CICS, DB2, MVS, WebSphere MQ and WAS.
Experience with configuring and maintaining IBM Tivoli Monitoring products on the z/OS platform.
Knowledge of IBM Service Link, creating and updating problem tickets, sending documentation requested by IBM and ordering Upgrades and fixes.

The ability to self-direct and work independently are greatly beneficial.

Education
An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field, or equivalent work experience.

Technical certifications and/or completion of technical courses is a plus.
